The Chatham Anglers (3-3) didn't put up much of a fight on Thursday, as the Bourne Braves (5-1) cruised to a blowout 12-4 win at Doran Park.

The Chatham Anglers had the lead early, but couldn't hold off the Bourne Braves. The Chatham Anglers led until the sixth inning, but the Bourne Braves took the lead back on a wild pitch.
Wong racked up two RBIs on four hits for the Bourne Braves.
The Chatham Anglers' lineup had no answer for Andrew Wantz. The Chatham Anglers managed just one hit off of the the Bourne Braves' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two during his two innings of work.
Christian Taugner improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Bourne Braves. Taugner struck out one, walked none and gave up one hit.
Moises Ceja was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked one, struck out one, and allowed four runs.
