The Wareham Gatemen (3-1) and the Brewster Whitecaps (2-2) both had scoring chances on Tuesday, but it was the Wareham Gatemen that were able to capitalize on them as they pulled out a 3-2 win at Spillane Field.

Ryan Wilson brought the heat against the Brewster Whitecaps during his outing. Wilson gave up just one hit, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out four during his three innings of work.
