Martinez racked up two RBIs on three hits for the South Florida Huskies.
Joe Campagna had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He doubled in the first innings and homered in the seventh inning.
Nick Alonzo recorded his first win for the South Florida Huskies even though he allowed six runs over four innings. Alonzo struck out two, walked three and gave up eight hits.
Alex Ginn (1-1) took the loss for the Coral Springs Royals. He allowed 11 runs in two innings, walked none and struck out one.
