The bats were busy at Walla Walla Community College S on Friday, and when the dust cleared the Walla Walla (17-16) had a 14-13 win over the Wenatchee Valley (16-14) in eight innings.

The teams totaled 20 hits in the game.

Lyndzie Parker racked up four RBIs on two hits for the Walla Walla. He singled in the third inning and homered in the fourth inning.

Mallory Chavez brought the heat against the Wenatchee Valley during his outing. The Wenatchee Valley managed just one hit off of Chavez, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out two during his 2 1/3 innings of work.

Amber Writer racked up four RBIs on one hit for the Wenatchee Valley. He homered in the first inning.

Stephanie Granger (8-7) took the loss for the Wenatchee Valley. He lasted just 2 2/3 innings, walked three, struck out four, and allowed three runs.
