Chris Sardo picked up the win for the Sacramento Heat. Sardo pitched nine innings and allowed one earned run, six hits and one walk while striking out four.

Sam Davison put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the California Bees. He doubled in the first and fifth innings and singled in the seventh inning.

Mason Collins couldn't get it done on the hill for the California Bees, taking a loss. He lasted just seven innings, walked one, struck out five, and allowed four runs.
