Ismael Orozco went 1-2, helping the San Francisco Seagulls (3-0) to a 4-1 victory over the California Bees (0-2) on Saturday at Fairmont Field.

Jared Koenig's seven strikeouts helped the San Francisco Seagulls to the victory. Koenig allowed one earned run on four hits and one walk over five innings.

Ryan Armijo put together a nice outing. Armijo held the San Francisco Seagulls hitless over 1 1/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two.

CJ Apel (0-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just two innings, walked five, struck out none, and allowed four runs.
