The Concord Weavers (10-19) and the Team Charlotte (5-24) both threatened with rallies, but it was the Concord Weavers that eventually took advantage of them in a 7-3 win at Concord HS.

Xavier LeGrant did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Team Charlotte, reaching base three times. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He homered in the seventh inning.

Kyle Kadlub improved to 2-4 on the year by picking up the win for the Concord Weavers. He allowed three runs over seven innings. He struck out five, walked two and surrendered seven hits.

Nathan Hendley was charged with his third loss of the year. He lasted just three innings, walked four, struck out three, and allowed five runs.
