The Carolina Vipers (23-15) took down the Concord Weavers (13-26) 8-2 on Saturday at Charlotte Latin after slamming the Concord Weavers with five runs in the third inning.

The Carolina Vipers scored in the third on a fielder's choice, a double by Bowe Behymer, a three-run single by Tommy Bullock, a double by Alec Mueller, and a single by Bradley Brown.

Bullock racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Carolina Vipers.

Jeremy Simpson got on base three times in the game for the Concord Weavers. He singled in the seventh inning.

Mason Belcher got the win, running his season record to 2-2. He allowed two runs over five innings. He struck out six, walked four and surrendered five hits.

Harrison Bell (0-6) took the loss for the Concord Weavers. He allowed eight runs in three innings, walked four and struck out three.
