A magnificent effort by David Duncavey led the Concord Weavers (1-7) to a 2-0 win in seven innings over the SBA Bones on Saturday at Concord HS.
Duncavey struck out 15, paving the way for a the Concord Weavers win. The Concord Weavers' pitcher gave up just two hits over seven shutout innings.
Aaron Stewart was charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just 3 1/3 innings, walked one, struck out four, and allowed one run.
