Both the Richmond Jazz (4-14) and the Irish Hills Leprechauns (9-10) put runners aboard on Saturday, but it was the Richmond Jazz that were able to take advantage, pulling out a 10-7 win at McBride Stadium.

Chayse Hood racked up four RBIs on two hits for the Richmond Jazz. He homered in the fourth inning and doubled in the sixth inning.

Justin Kelly racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Irish Hills Leprechauns. He singled in the fifth inning and homered in the seventh inning.

Kyle Shepherd got his first win for the Richmond Jazz despite allowing five runs over six innings. He struck out two, walked three and surrendered eight hits.

Brett Nearing (1-1) took the loss for the Irish Hills Leprechauns. He lasted just one inning, walked one, struck out none, and allowed five runs.
