Jacob Lebel drove in three runs, helping the Seacoast Mavericks (28-13) to a 7-3 victory over the Torrington Titans (16-24) on Friday at Fuessenich Park.
He singled in the first innings and homered in the third inning.Nick Lamberti went a perfect 2-2 at the dish for the Torrington Titans. He singled in the first and fourth innings.
Clayton Chatham improved to 5-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Seacoast Mavericks. He allowed three runs over four innings. Chatham struck out six, walked four and gave up seven hits.
Connor Lewis (1-2) took the loss for the Torrington Titans. He allowed seven runs in four innings, walked two and struck out three.
