Nelson helps the Marthas Vineyard Sharks down the North Shore Navigators 7-4

Dillon Nelson collected three hits as the Marthas Vineyard Sharks (18-23) took home a 7-4 victory over the North Shore Navigators (19-24) at Vineyard Baseball Park on Friday.

He singled in the third and fourth innings and doubled in the sixth inning.

Cameron Sepede had an impressive outing against the North Shore Navigators' lineup. The North Shore Navigators managed just two hits off of Sepede, who allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out four during his three innings of work.

Sean Rackoski improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Marthas Vineyard Sharks. He allowed two runs over four innings. Rackoski struck out four, walked two and gave up six hits.

Jake Dexter was charged with his third loss of the year. He lasted just 4 2/3 innings, walked three, struck out one, and allowed four runs.
