Clayton Chatham hopes every outing could go as well as Wednesday, as Chatham pitched eight shutout innings to carry the Seacoast Mavericks (28-13) to a 7-0 victory over the Brockton Rox (18-23) at Leary Field.

Everything was working at the plate for the the Seacoast Mavericks in the fourth. In the inning the Seacoast Mavericks scored four runs.

Kyle Pangallo racked up four RBIs on one hit for the Seacoast Mavericks. He homered in the fourth inning.

Eric Keating (2-2) took the loss for the Brockton Rox. He lasted just 6 2/3 innings, walked three, struck out nine, and allowed five runs.
