The Bristol Blues couldn't get anything going so long as Peter Bovenzi was on the hill. The Bristol Blues managed just one hit off of Bovenzi, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three during his three innings of work.
JR Hilcher was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just one inning, walked two, struck out one, and allowed five runs.
