James Muse (Muse) hopes every outing could go as well as Friday, as Muse tossed seven scoreless innings to carry the Brockton Rox (11-10) to a 7-3 victory over the Seacoast Mavericks (13-7) at Campanelli Stadium.

 Ben Porter (Columbia) racked up four RBIs on three hits for the Brockton Rox. He singled in the second, fourth, and eighth innings.

 Mitchell Powers (SNHU) ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just four innings, walked one, struck out four, and allowed four runs.
