Clayton Chatham kept the Torrington Titans (3-8) off the board during his six innings of work and the Seacoast Mavericks (6-5) beat the Torrington Titans, 8-7.

Chatham struck out six and allowed one walk and three hits.

Frankely Gonzalez racked up four RBIs on two hits for the Seacoast Mavericks. He doubled in the sixth inning and singled in the eighth innings.

Kenny McLean was charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed six runs in five innings, walked four and struck out six.
