An ace performance by Mitchell Powers (SNHU) carried the Seacoast Mavericks (1-2) to a 4-0 win over the North Shore Navigators (0-3) on Saturday at Fraser Field.

Powers held the North Shore Navigators scoreless for seven innings. Powers allowed four hits, one walk and struck out eight.

Cam Orologio (Adelphi University) racked up three RBIs on one hit for the Seacoast Mavericks. He homered in the fourth inning.

Despite the loss, the North Shore Navigators' Cam Lanzilli (UMASS Lowell) dominated the Seacoast Mavericks' batters, giving up zero runs and striking out six.

Jimmy McCarty (SUNY Oneonta) (0-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just four innings, walked two, struck out three, and allowed four runs.
