Mike Kochiss went 3-3 at the plate as the Torrington Titans (3-7) took home a 9-4 victory over the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs (5-5) at Doyle Field on Thursday.

Kenny McLean had an impressive outing against the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs' lineup. The Wachusett Dirt Dawgs managed just one hit off of McLean, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out six during his three innings of work.

Angelo Navetta racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs. He singled in the second inning.

Adam Donovan improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Torrington Titans. He allowed one run over 2 2/3 innings. He struck out five, walked none and surrendered three hits.

Joe Thomas couldn't get it done on the mound for the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs, taking a loss. He lasted just 1 1/3 innings, walked none, struck out one, and allowed three runs.
