The Tacoma (10-4) pounded the Chemeketa (7-8) on Friday 12-6 at Minnitti Field .

Andrew Axmaker boosted his batting average thanks to a perfect 3-3 day at the plate to pace the Chemeketa. He doubled in the seventh inning and singled in the first and ninth innings.

Dustin Wilson got his third win for the Tacoma despite allowing six runs over six innings. Wilson struck out none, walked one and gave up eight hits.

Dominique Baker couldn't get it done on the hill for the Chemeketa, taking a loss. He allowed seven runs in 2 1/3 innings, walked one and struck out one.
