The Top Speed Baseball (35-4) continued to pile up the runs on Saturday, scoring four runs in the last three innings, on the way to a 12-2 landslide win over the Klamath Falls Gems (13-22) at Kiger Stadium.
The Top Speed Baseball scored three runs in the eighth on the Top Speed Baseball scored in the eighth on and a two-run single by Mitch Guilmette.
Ryan Whitt racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Top Speed Baseball. He doubled in the second innings and homered in the sixth inning.
The Top Speed Baseball relied on Mario Morales to eat up innings en route to the win. Morales pitched seven innings and allowed two earned runs, four hits and no walks while striking out four.
Jacob Trujillo (4-2) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed six runs in four innings, walked two and struck out three.
