A magnificent effort by Nathan Pisciotta spurred the San Francisco Seagulls (15-12) to a 1-0 win in seven innings over the Klamath Falls Gems (10-12) on Thursday at College of Alameda.

Pisciotta had an impressive outing against the Klamath Falls Gems' lineup. The Klamath Falls Gems managed just one hit off of Pisciotta, who allowed no earned runs, walked three and struck out 10 during his seven innings of work.

Cameron Walker ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just six innings, walked one, struck out five, and allowed one run.
