The Top Speed Baseball (22-1) blew out the Klamath Falls Gems (9-10) 9-1 on Tuesday at Drake High after pouring on six runs in the fifth inning.

The Top Speed Baseball scored in the fifth on a solo home run by Matthew Martinez, a two-run double by Patrick ODonnell, an RBI double by Kyle Schmidt, and a two-run double by Jack Dennis.

Nick Rau racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Top Speed Baseball. He singled in the fourth inning.

Mario Morales put together a nice outing. The Klamath Falls Gems managed just two hits off of Morales, who allowed one earned run, walked none and struck out six during his six innings of work.

It was a good day at the plate for the Klamath Falls Gems' Kyle Barret. Barret went 1-3, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the fifth inning.

Zach Lewandowski (0-3) took the loss for the Klamath Falls Gems. He allowed eight runs in five innings, walked five and struck out three.
