Shey Smith went 3-3 at the plate as the SW Oregon (6-19) took home a 7-4 victory over the Clackamas (5-13) in seven innings at SWOCC Athletic Fields on Saturday.
He doubled in the fourth inning and singled in the first and sixth innings.Dakota Nelson got the win, running his season record to 2-0. He allowed one run over four innings. He struck out four, walked two and surrendered four hits.
Ryan Moriarty (0-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just three innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed two runs.
