The Centralia jump on the Grays Harbor early and coast to 12-2 win

The Centralia (10-15) jumped out to an early lead on the Grays Harbor (1-19) and captured a 12-2 victory on Saturday at Olympic Stadium.

Ten runs in the first three innings allowed the Centralia to put the game away early.

A two-run single by Angel Valencia, a wild pitch, a wild pitch, and during the first inning and an RBI triple by Valencia and an error in the second inning fueled the Centralia's offense early.

Valencia racked up four RBIs on three hits for the Centralia.

It was a good day at the plate for the Grays Harbor's Blake Kelly. Kelly went 3-4 and scored one run. He doubled in the first inning and singled in the third and seventh innings.

Dane Klenk improved to 3-3 on the year by picking up the win for the Centralia. He allowed two runs over six innings. Klenk struck out two, walked three and gave up six hits.

Brendon Georgeson couldn't get it done on the mound for the Grays Harbor, taking a loss. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked five, struck out two, and allowed five runs.
