Scarlett Nyenhuis went 2-2, sparking the Everett (16-19) to a 6-5 victory in seven innings over the Edmonds (18-17) on Saturday at Triton Field .
He singled in the fifth inning and doubled in the seventh inning.Antionette Watson had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He doubled in the fourth and sixth innings.
Even though Rylee Thomas allowed five runs over seven innings he still recorded the victory, his eleventh of the season. He struck out 11, walked six and surrendered seven hits.
Hailey Malakowski was charged with his fourteenth loss of the year. He allowed six runs in seven innings, walked none and struck out five.
