Travis Klampe kept the SW Oregon (10-23) off the board during his six innings of work and the Chemeketa (18-13) beat the SW Oregon, 10-5.

Klampe struck out five and allowed one walk and four hits.

Thomas Ahlstrom paced the Chemeketa at the plate. Ahlstrom went 3-5, drove in one and scored two runs. He singled in the first, second, and fourth innings.

Sam Mitchell was solid at the plate for the SW Oregon. Mitchell went 2-4 and drove in one. He tripled in the first inning and singled in the ninth inning.

Doug Molzahn was charged with his eighth loss of the year. He allowed nine runs in 3 1/3 innings, walked none and struck out two.
