The Chemeketa (13-10) and the Clark (7-14) both threatened with rallies, but it was the Chemeketa that eventually took advantage of them in a 6-4 win at Chemeketa Baseball Stadium.

Austin Cline racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Chemeketa. He singled in the first and third innings.

Despite the loss, the Clark's Sasha Jabusch dominated the Chemeketa's batters, giving up zero runs and striking out five.

Travis Klampe improved to 2-2 on the year by picking up the win for the Chemeketa. He allowed four runs over three innings. Klampe struck out none, walked none and gave up eight hits.

Zach Torson ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his third loss of the year. He allowed six runs in 2 1/3 innings, walked one and struck out two.
