Lee allows no runs to lead the Spokane past the Wenatchee Valley 11-1

Austin Lee kept the Wenatchee Valley (3-18) off the board during his six innings of work and the Spokane (14-9) beat the Wenatchee Valley, 11-1.

Lee struck out none and allowed no walks and three hits.

Five runs in the opening three innings allowed the Spokane to easily put away the Wenatchee Valley. An RBI single by Cory Meyer in the first inning and , a single by Garrett Schmerer, and a three-run home run by Evan Douglas during the second inning fueled the Spokane's offense early.

Tyler Huck racked up three RBIs on four hits for the Spokane. He doubled in the fourth inning and singled in the second, third, and sixth innings.

Kyler Watts ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his third loss of the year. He allowed nine runs in four innings, walked three and struck out three.
