The Wenatchee Valley outdone by Teter and the Treasure Valley, 7-6

Chase Teter drove in three runs as the Treasure Valley (19-14) took home a 7-6 victory over the Wenatchee Valley (3-21) at Wenatchee Valley on Saturday.

He homered in the third inning and singled in the fourth innings.

The Wenatchee Valley couldn't get anything going so long as Tyler Laird was on the hill. Laird held the Wenatchee Valley hitless over three innings, allowed no earned runs, walked three and struck out three.

Nolan Wirth racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Wenatchee Valley. He homered in the fourth inning and singled in the fifth inning.

David Romanowski pitched lights out for the Wenatchee Valley. Romanowski gave up just one hit, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two during his two innings of work.

Even though Tanner Cantwell allowed six runs over four innings he still recorded the victory, his third of the season. He struck out eight, walked three and surrendered five hits.

Gerardo Reyes (1-4) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed six runs in 3 2/3 innings, walked five and struck out two.
