Kyler Kedroske went 4-4 at the plate, helping the Shoreline (9-19) to a 4-3 victory over the Skagit Valley (15-11) on Saturday at Skagit Valley.
He doubled in the third and fifth innings and singled in the seventh and ninth innings.Payton Mackin picked up the win for the Shoreline. Mackin pitched 6 2/3 innings and allowed one earned run, six hits and no walks while striking out three.
The Shoreline couldn't get anything going as long as Brad Johnson was pitching. The Shoreline managed just four hits off of Johnson, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two during his four innings of work.
Tyrel Panter (2-1) took the loss for the Skagit Valley. He lasted just 4 2/3 innings, walked three, struck out one, and allowed four runs.
