The Bellevue (25-5) beat the Everett 9-0 in five innings on Saturday at Bellevue College- Softball Fiel after a five-run explosion in the first inning.

The Bellevue scored in the first on , a sacrifice fly by Alex Boyd, and a three-run home run by Payton Gibbs.

Cassidy Mast racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Bellevue. He singled in the first inning and homered in the second inning.

Ciera Lockwood held the Everett (11-12) scoreless during his five innings of work. He pitched a shutout, allowing no runs on four hits while striking out four.

Rylee Thomas was charged with his seventh loss of the year. He allowed nine runs in four innings, walked seven and struck out six.
