The Shoreline (2-1) rolled over the Pierce 8-0 on Friday at Heritage Recreation Center after a five-run rally in the fourth inning.

The Shoreline scored in the fourth on a single by Kathryn Goff, an RBI single by Sarah Casel, a sacrifice fly by Shelby Reyes, a three-run single by Emily Jackson, a single by Chelsea Foster, and an RBI single by Jeralyn Pasoquen.

Goff racked up four RBIs on two hits for the Shoreline.

The Pierce (4-5)'s lineup had no answer for Dakota Green. The Pierce managed just one hit off of Green, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out one during his five innings of work.

Anna Lennox (1-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just three innings, walked two, struck out two, and allowed five runs.
