The SW Oregon (16-3) and the Clark (9-7) both threatened with rallies, but it was the SW Oregon that eventually took advantage of them in an 8-3 win at Clark Softball Field .

The SW Oregon were led by Danielle Crocket's hitting. Crocket went 3-5, drove in one and scored two runs. He doubled in the fourth inning and singled in the first and fifth innings.

The Clark were led by a flawless day at the dish by Brittany Langdon, who went 4-4 against the SW Oregon's pitching. He singled in the first, third, and fifth innings and doubled in the seventh inning.

The SW Oregon had no answer for Kelsey Oldham, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. Oldham gave up just one hit, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out two during his 2 1/3 innings of work.

Shevan DeFreitas improved to 8-0 on the year by picking up the win for the SW Oregon. He allowed two runs over three innings. He struck out one, walked none and surrendered seven hits.

Madison Plummer couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Clark, taking a loss. He allowed eight runs in 4 2/3 innings, walked three and struck out one.
