Rylee Thomas was strong at the plate and on the mound in carrying the Everett (4-5) to a 9-1 victory over the Clark on Wednesday at Clark Softball Field .

Thomas racked up three RBIs on one hit for the Everett. He homered in the third inning.

Thomas racked up nine strikeouts in the the Everett win. Thomas allowed one earned run, two hits and five walks over five innings.

The biggest inning for the Everett was the third. The Everett's bats caught fire leading to five runs.

The Clark (4-5) were led by Madison Plummer's hitting. Plummer went 1-1, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the second inning.

Plummer couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Clark, taking a loss. He lasted just 2 2/3 innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed five runs.
