The Corban outdone by Pinorini and the Bellevue, 10-5

Austin Pinorini had two extra base hits, helping the Bellevue (23-5) to a 10-5 victory over the Corban on Friday at Volcanoes Stadium.

He doubled in the fourth and seventh innings.

Lyons had two extra-base hits for the Corban. He doubled in the first and third innings.

John Samons got the win, running his season record to 1-0. Samons struck out none, walked none and gave up no hits.

Arnold was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just four innings, walked three, struck out four, and allowed four runs.

The Bellevue's Danny Torlai, Pinorini, Eli Gallo and Evan Johnson combined for 10 hits and six RBIs.
