Nolan Jekich drove in three runs as the Treasure Valley (29-16) took home a 5-3 victory over the Blue Mountain (14-24) at Elks Memorial on Wednesday.
He homered in the fourth inning.The Blue Mountain had no answer for Kaleb Jones, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. The Blue Mountain managed just two hits off of Jones, who allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out two during his 4 2/3 innings of work.
Brock Breshears was charged with his sixth loss of the year. He lasted just eight innings, walked none, struck out one, and allowed five runs.
