Anna Lennox came up big at the dish and on the rubber, leading the Pierce (17-19) to a 6-5 win over the Olympic on Friday at Heritage Recreation Center.
Lennox got on base three times in the game for the Pierce. He also drove in one runner. He singled in the fifth and seventh innings.
Lennox had an impressive outing against the Olympic (14-20)'s lineup. The Olympic managed just three hits off of the the Pierce's pitcher, who allowed one earned run, walked three and struck out three during his six innings of work.
Kaitlin Oberg did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Olympic, reaching base three times. He scored one run and had one RBI. He singled in the first inning and doubled in the sixth inning.
Rachel Ranyak ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his third loss of the year. He lasted just seven innings, walked one, struck out one, and allowed three runs.
