The Edmonds (15-13) took down the Olympic (16-20) 13-5 on Wednesday at Triton Field after slamming the Olympic with seven runs in the fourth inning.
The Edmonds scored in the fourth on an RBI single by Kristina West, a single by West, an RBI single by West, an RBI triple by Madison Wood, an RBI double by KamrynMae Kanae, an error, , and a sacrifice fly by Chantel Brown.
Wood had three extra-base hits for the Edmonds.
Samantha Gorham paced the Olympic at the plate. Gorham went 2-3, drove in one and scored two runs. He singled in the second inning and doubled in the fourth innings.
Hailey Malakowski recorded his twelfth win for the Edmonds even though he allowed five runs over four innings. Malakowski struck out none, walked two and gave up six hits.
Taylor Owens ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed eight runs in two-thirds of an inning, walked three and struck out one.
Brown, Kanae, West and Wood helped lead the Edmonds. They combined for 10 hits and seven RBIs.
