Henckel allows no runs to lead the Tacoma past the Lower Columbia 3-1

Mathew Henckel kept the Lower Columbia (15-8) off the board during his six innings of work and the Tacoma (14-5) beat the Lower Columbia, 3-1.

Henckel allowed four hits, one walk and struck out nine.

Ty Housden racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Tacoma. He singled in the fifth, ninth, and tenth innings.

Garrett Westberg got the win, running his season record to 3-0. He allowed one run over four innings. Westberg struck out one, walked none and gave up four hits.

Tyler Parsons ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just five innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed no runs.
