A walk-off from Kyler Brudwick brought home the winning run for the Yakima Valley (14-8) in a 7-6 victory over the Treasure Valley in 15 innings at Parker Field on Saturday.
Brudwick reached base three times in the game for the Yakima Valley. He scored one run and had one RBI. He singled in the eighth inning.
Dakota Weindell brought the heat against the Treasure Valley (13-12) during his outing. The Treasure Valley managed just two hits off of the the Yakima Valley's pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out none during his five innings of work.
Parker Depasquale recorded his second win of the year for the Yakima Valley. He allowed one run over five innings. He struck out four, walked one and surrendered two hits.
Branden Cutsforth (2-2) took the loss for the Treasure Valley. He lasted just six innings, walked three, struck out two, and allowed two runs.
