Mt. Hood vs Everett: 3-6

The Everett take out the Mt. Hood with help from Ivelia, 6-3

Andrew Ivelia had two extra base hits as the Everett (8-3) took home a 6-3 victory over the Mt. Hood (4-9) at Everett Memorial Stadium on Friday.

He singled in the second inning, doubled in the seventh inning, and tripled in the eighth inning.

Ryan Monson brought the heat against the Mt. Hood during his outing. The Mt. Hood managed just one hit off of the the Everett's pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out one during his 2 2/3 innings of work.

Despite the loss, the Mt. Hood's Seth Rayburn dominated the Everett's batters, giving up two runs and striking out six.

Camden Muller ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just two innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed four runs.

The Everett were sparked by Josh McIntyre and Ivelia, who teamed up for five hits and five RBIs.
