Auggie Francis had two extra base hits as the Big Bend (25-15) took home an 8-4 victory over the Blue Mountain (14-28) at BBCC Baseball Field on Saturday.

Miles Bigelow kept contact to a minimum, striking out six the Blue Mountain batters. Bigelow allowed one earned run, four hits and two walks over seven innings.

Nolan Weber hit two home runs for the Blue Mountain. Weber went 2-5 in the game with two RBIs and two runs scored. Weber homered in the fourth and ninth innings.

Trevor Oldham ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his third loss of the year. He allowed six runs in 5 2/3 innings, walked three and struck out two.
