The Wenatchee Valley (2-4) didn't stand a chance on Friday, as the Columbia Basin (8-4) captured a blowout 10-2 win in six innings at CBC Softball Field.

The Columbia Basin scored four runs in the sixth on the Columbia Basin scored in the sixth on a two-run error, an RBI single by Suzanna Lubanski, and an RBI single by Sarah Gilliam.

Kadi Patterson racked up three RBIs on one hit for the Columbia Basin. He homered in the first inning.

Kayla Andrews struck out six hitters en route to the the Columbia Basin win. Andrews allowed no earned runs on three hits and no walks over six innings.

Stephanie Granger (1-3) took the loss for the Wenatchee Valley. He allowed 10 runs in five innings, walked five and struck out four.
