The Columbia Basin (5-2) had a tough outing on Saturday, as the Clackamas (7-1) dominated in an 11-1 win in seven innings at CBC Softball Field.

The Clackamas scored five runs in the seventh on the Clackamas scored in the seventh on a groundout by Taylor Balfour, a single by Katie Zook, a hit by pitch, a two-run single by Tori ONeill, and a single by Hannah Vandomelen.

Vandomelen racked up four RBIs on three hits for the Clackamas.

Emily Marchbanks picked up the win for the Clackamas. Marchbanks pitched seven innings and allowed one earned run, eight hits and two walks while striking out four.

Kayla Andrews ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed 11 runs in 6 2/3 innings, walked four and struck out nine.
