A two-run home run by TJ Lynch, a single by Tom Koch, and an RBI single by James Connell during the first inning and a sacrifice fly by Shaun Vigeant, an RBI single by Lynch, and an RBI double by Tim Graul in the second inning supplied the early offense for the Brothers Oven.

Lynch racked up four RBIs on four hits for the Brothers Oven.

George Capen brought the heat against the Mudville during his outing. Capen held the Mudville hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two.

Jon Lynch recorded his first win of the year for the Brothers Oven. He allowed two runs over four innings. He struck out three, walked three and surrendered two hits.

Dante Blancarte (0-1) took the loss for the Mudville. He allowed six runs in two innings, walked two and struck out one.
