Christian Budzik went 2-3, helping the Bristol Blues (33-23) to a 9-5 victory over the Seacoast Mavericks (15-41) on Tuesday at Muzzy Field.
He singled in the fifth and sixth innings.Ty Robinson pitched lights out for the Bristol Blues. Robinson held the Seacoast Mavericks hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out three.
Rayne Supple recorded his second win of the year for the Bristol Blues. He struck out two, walked two and surrendered one hit.
Jake Walkinshaw couldn't get it done on the hill for the Seacoast Mavericks, taking a loss. He allowed six runs in 5 2/3 innings, walked two and struck out two.
