Offenses dominate as the Park City Rangers outscore the Oklahoma College Giants 10-8

Pitchers had a tough day during the game between the Park City Rangers (1-0) and the Oklahoma College Giants (0-1), as the two teams put up 18 runs combined in a 10-8 the Park City Rangers win.

The teams totaled 24 hits in the game.

Derek Jones racked up three RBIs on four hits for the Park City Rangers. He doubled in the second inning and singled in the third, fifth, and eighth innings.

Jordan Payne racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Oklahoma College Giants. He singled in the second inning and doubled in the fourth inning.

The Park City Rangers' lineup had no answer for Austin Kretchmer. The Park City Rangers managed just one hit off of the the Oklahoma College Giants' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out four during his 1 1/3 innings of work.

Nathan Dockery improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Park City Rangers. He allowed four runs over five innings. Dockery struck out three, walked one and gave up six hits.

Bryant Hodge was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just 3 2/3 innings, walked two, struck out four, and allowed four runs.
