The South All Stars (1-0) and the North All Stars (0-1) each put runners in scoring position on Wednesday, but the South All Stars capitalized on more RBI opportunities, pulling out a 3-2 win at Shirley Povich Field.

Jack Gomersall recorded his first win of the year for the South All Stars. Gomersall struck out none, walked none and gave up one hit.

Taylor Bloom couldn't get it done on the hill for the North All Stars, taking a loss. He lasted just one inning, walked two, struck out one, and allowed one run.
