The Ontario two (2-1) beat the Kamloops (BC2 (2-2) 5-2 in seven innings on Saturday at Currie Field behind Turner Spears, who went 2-3.

The Kamloops (BC2 couldn't get anything going so long as Leo Labine was on the hill. The Kamloops (BC2 managed just two hits off of Labine, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two during his four innings of work.

David Lehmann got the win, running his season record to 1-0. He allowed two runs over two innings. Lehmann struck out two, walked one and gave up three hits.

Noah Brasset ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just 3 2/3 innings, walked five, struck out three, and allowed five runs.
