Cummins allows no runs to lead the Trinidad Triggers past the Las Vegas Train Robbers 16-1

Chris Cummins held the Las Vegas Train Robbers (21-32) scoreless for six innings to boost the Trinidad Triggers (38-16) to a 16-1 victory.

Cummins struck out four and allowed three walks and four hits.

The Trinidad Triggers' bats came to life in the sixth inning. The Trinidad Triggers' bats caught fire leading to nine runs. The Trinidad Triggers scored in the sixth on a groundout by Caleb Baker, a two-run double by Brian Frazier, a two-run home run by Emmanuel Paulino, a sacrifice fly by Edmund Cheatham, a two-run triple by Shane Casey, and an RBI double by Caleb Bryson.

Paulino racked up five RBIs on three hits for the Trinidad Triggers.

Kyal Williams couldn't get it done on the bump for the Las Vegas Train Robbers, taking a loss. He lasted just five innings, walked none, struck out seven, and allowed two runs.
